Atelier Pura Vida Diseño (APVD) is a designer co-working space that will be located on a Costa Rican beachside in the very near future. This inclusive, Digital Nomad-friendly space has big plans to holistically develop a creative community and safe space for remote professionals, and travellers alike.
At its core, (APVD) fosters community, creativity and sustainability.
After scratched concepts and a multitude of variations, we confidently landed on a graphic mark that entirely represents the offerings, the vision and the personality of APVD.
Graphic:
A circular-shaped mark connotes an open community. The linear elements and shapes represent the energetic exchange throughout the physical space. These sections contain various hand-made patterns and textures to celebrate creativity and local sustainability. Finally, all of these fine-tuned elements are nurtured by a botanical leaf native to Costa Rican land.
Typography:
Euclid Circular Medium pairs well with this identity because of its approachability and ability to compliment the graphic mark of APVD.
Colour:
Considering the growth of APVD, we selected PANTONE colours for coated and uncoated stocks, as well as digital matches. Collateral such as sustainable packaging, apparel and more are on the horizon.
